Layouts
Version One:

I used to have a website with this name so, I sort of carried it over to this blog, though I was thinking of actually just changing the whole name. I got this name from the movie “The Replacements” which was the name of Keanu Reeves’ character’s boat.
Version Two:

This layout was inspired by the color scheme that I had with my personalized page in my highschool yearbook.
Version Three:

This one is a pretty dull layout. I only had it on for less than a month I think. I was thinking to myself that I have never designed anything in this shade of blue and after about a week that I had it uploaded, I realized why – because the color is completely dull. If I were an outsider trying to read this blog through this layout, I’d probably leave right away.

I was into Michelle Branch’s music at this stage that I thought I should feature her in my layout. The color scheme of this layout was taken from that picture of Michelle Branch’s clothes.

I was on a vacation in Singapore and I bought this MTV notebook. I found the colors on it so attractive, that I decided to use those colors in a layout and this is what came about. I called this layout “Technicolor”.

I actually made a slideshow template of this design and loved it enough to make it into a layout. This was actually derived from Hilary Duff’s self-titled album and I called it “Rawkstar”.

This layout was my first venture into using Adobe Photoshop. I never bothered to learn how to use it before this layout and this is my first attempt at it. I called this layout “The Vines” since I have been thinking about making a design with vines before. I was actually into the movie ‘Lemony Snicket’s A Series of Unfortunate Events’ and used the screencaps from that movie for the header picture. I was also listening to Kitchie Nadal’s ‘Same Ground (Piano Solo)’ during the making of this layout so I saw fit to place bits of the lyrics here…
